Drafter Designer 

$16-$65 per hour (will depend on ability and experience)QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365 software.
  • Civil Engineering Student, Certificate, or Associates Degree in civil drafting/design or equivalent education. 
  • Experience preferred with land development, utility, grading, subdivision, civil drafting and design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Setting up civil plan sets with Autodesk Civil 3D, corridors, surfaces, profiles, utility, sheet sets, ctb, etc.
  • Create training standards regarding layers, protos, plotting, sheet management, etc.
  • Performs basic design with detailed instruction from engineer.
  • Research regulation requirements for permits. 



Civil Engineering EIT

Salary range: $50,000 – $80,000QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, GIS,  Bentley products (or equivalent), Microsoft 365, Bluebeam software preferred.
  • Strong math and communication skills. 
  • Capable of performing successfully in a team environment remotely.  
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in drainage, water resources, utility, permitting & code knowledge is necessary. E.I.T. is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • This position will perform calculations, prepare site development and subdivision plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D under the direction of project manager. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects; work with the team to achieve project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Research regulatory code, prepare application permits,  
  • Site visits, review meetings,.
  • Create training manuals, administrative support. 





Senior Civil Engineering, PE

Salary range: $95,000 – $155,000QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • A minimum of three years of experience in land development/subdivision civil design in the City of Austin. 
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3d, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, HEC-RAS software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of general computer maintenance and upkeep.
  • Ability to organize and multi-task with a remote team environment.
  • Civil Design Engineer with at least 10 years of experience post Professional Licensing.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • This position will prepare project timelines, review design, manage team, maintain client relationships, research permitting requirements, along with other task. 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects; work with the team remotely to achieve project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Assist in preparation and monitoring of project metrics.
  • Maintain client communication through project, adapting civil plans according to budget constraints and design factors for clients needs. 

Permit Planner

Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a 4 plus years experience in Austin Central Texas with permit processing. 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam. Experience with OS preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including writing reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work indepently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. 
  • Effective Time management and Organizational skills.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable and currently registered vehicle with appropriate insurance.
  • Knowledge of general computer maintenance and upkeep.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to obtain all necessary permits for land development projects. 
  • Understand and use established company standards for reports, studies, and applications.
  • Prepare permitting application packages to local and state agencies.
  • Resolve any issues that aarise durring the permitting process. 
  • Determine land use regulations, zoning requirements, public utility availability, and transportation concerns for subject sites.
  • Manage development applications (preparation, submittals, approvals, etc.).
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients, agencies, and other professionals.

Project Management

Salary range: $70,000 – $110,000QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a 4 year college degree with courses related to land development. 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam. Experience with AutoCad C3D preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including writing reports and presentations.
  • High Attention to detail.
  • Effective Time management and Organizational skills.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable and currently registered vehicle with appropriate insurance.
  • Knowledge of general computer maintenance and upkeep.
  • Continued Education
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand and use established company standards for reports, studies, and applications.
  • Performing site research and preparing due diligence reports for new land development projects
  • Prepare permitting application packages
  • Attend meetings with public review staff
  • Attend industry events and become involved in the community
  • Collect data from clients, agencies, interested parties, and local jurisdictions regarding proposed project locations.
  • Determine land use regulations, zoning requirements, public utility availability, and transportation concerns for subject sites.
  • Prepare feasibility reports as directed by supervisor.
  • Prepare conceptual plans based on data collected and client feedback.
  • Manage development applications (preparation, submittals, approvals, etc.).

Civil Engineer Designer

Salary range: $50,000 – $95,000QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a 4 year professional experience related to land development. 
  • Above average knowledge in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam. Experience with AutoCad C3D preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including writing reports and presentations.
  • High Attention to detail.
  • Effective Time management and Organizational skills.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable and currently registered vehicle with appropriate insurance.
  • Strong work Ethic.
  • Continued Education
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand and use established company standards for reports, studies, and applications.
  • Performing site research and preparing due diligence reports for new land development projects.
  • Prepare permitting application packages.
  • Attend industry events and become involved in the community.
  • Determine land use regulations, zoning requirements, public utility availability, and transportation concerns for subject sites.
  • Prepare feasibility reports as directed by supervisor.
  • Generate engineering plans using AutoCAD civil 3d.
  • Cross-train in all civil engineering disciplines including pavement, grading, drainage, water, quality, and maintenance of traffic. 
  • Ensure designs, plans and calculations are complete and accurate.
